Formed in 2006, The Rich Whiskey Audition has been performing since their inception.You can catch them doing their thing from Richmond to Virginia Beach and beyond. These four spirited musicians have come together to give you a unique and intensely energetic musical experience.

Poisoned Dwarf plays driving traditional Celtic music, and for them, the tunes matter most. The Irish flute, tin whistle, guitar, fiddle, accordion, Scottish small pipes, banjo and a variety of percussion instruments including bones, bodhran and djembe are all incorporated into Poisoned Dwarf's performances. Focusing primarily on Irish traditional music, and performing on acoustic instruments only, this band from Williamsburg, Virginia has entertained audiences in many different settings for seven years.

Hi Tied is an acoustic group consisting of Ben Eberline and Mike O'Shaughnessy from the Northern Neck of Virginia. Their music is an eclectic mix of acoustic rock, folk, country, and blues which provides unique live performances. Influences include a wide range from Jack Johnson and the Grateful Dead, to Charlie Daniels and Steve Earle. They have performed throughout the Northern Neck, Tidewater, Middle Penninsula, Richmond, and Blacksburg areas in Virginia. Both are in college, Mike at JMU and Ben at VA Tech and are scheduled to release their first EP in the coming months.

The Influence is an original, acoustic alt/rock band with powerful backing rhythms. Following the debut of their critically acclaimed album, they have established themselves as one of the premiere acts to watch in 2007. Joel Gleiser

Playing piano since the age of 4, Joel Gleiser has played every style from jazz, to classical, to latin music. Recently he began writing songs and singing, and has recorded a demo. He is the winner of the Tide's 2007 "What Would You Do For Bonnaroo?" contest. He will be attending University of Maryland in the fall, but his family continues to live in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Brought together by the desire to join musical influences from far reaches of the artistic spectrum, Neversink presents powerful acoustic instrumental and vocal performance ranging from country blues to alt pop. What started as a side project for top shelf artists, writers, and instrumentalists Ambrosino, Gordon, and Shields, has evolved into a formidable avenue of expression. Neversink transcends the "local music" mantra with originality and superb lyricism.


Shakedown

Shakedown is all about getting people out of their chairs and on the dance floor. They perform rock, soul, blues and R&B classics with an emphasis on funk. But this ain't no disco. There's also plenty of blazing guitar and smoking saxophone.



Shane Cooley and the Aviators

Shane Cooley has been performing up and down the East Coast for six years and has recorded with Jason Mraz/Lifehouse producers Stewart Myers and Chris Keup. Shane is a freshman at William & Mary, and recently formed Shane Cooley and the Aviators, whom he cut his latest demo with.


Skip Friel

Drawing inspiration from a deep well of American music, Friel's brand of acoustic rock comes alive in solo performances, as well as with his band The Resonators. His guitar playing exhibits varying techniques. In January 2007, New Moon Music realeased Friel's album, titled Twilight Red Sky. His music will catch your interest and hold your heart.
